Menzies is a founding member of the NC Product Design & Prototyping Co-Op and is active with the Morrisville Chamber of Commerce (Chair, Marketing Committee). He maintains membership in the Online News Association and Society of Professional Journalists , and is Editor/Publisher of the online news publication NCTechNews . Over the past ten years, Menzies has volunteered his expertise to community organizations such as Wake Health Services, Inc. , TiE Carolinas and the Apex Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Menzies is well-connected in the industry, with access to a reliable network of experienced professional communicators and vendors. His background includes successful work as a newspaper editor and reporter; communications director for a leading international educational institution's technology endeavors; Federal and nonprofit public relations positions; PR agency experience; and a role as creative director for an online marketing company.
